Steps to ordering Trim to Fit Blinds:
- Decided whether you want the blinds to be recessed (fit inside the window) or face fixed (fit outside the window frame)
- Measure your windows (see some tips on this below)
- Choose the colour of your blinds
- Add your window size
- Select if you want us to install your blinds or you would like to do it yourself
- Place your order
Sizing:
Before placing your trim to fit blinds order, please make 100% sure your measurements are correct as we do not accept any returns.
Tips to measure your window for recessed blinds
Check that nothing is protruding from the recessed area where the blind will hang (i.e. burglar bars)
Inside reveal width (measure 3 times: top, middle, bottom: use smallest size)
Inside reveal drop (measure 3 times: left, middle, right use the smallest size)
Tips to measure your window for face fixed blinds
We recommend a 10cm overlap on each side of the window
We recommend a 10cm overlap on the top of the width of the window for the lintel.
