Finishing Touches (Pty) Ltd is committed to always striving for excellent customer service. Should you experience any difficulties with your online order, please follow the these steps to register your return:
- Email [email protected] with your query.
- Return the item/s within 7 days – items must be provided in its original state and packaging.
- Include the purchase confirmation order number.
Once the return is approved, you will be refunded via EFT directly into the same account as the original transaction.
Please note, no cash refunds will be given. Payments will be done on Mondays and Thursdays only.
