DELIVERY AREA
Delivery is available nationwide in South Africa to all the major suburbs and most rural areas. Should the delivery area within South Africa not be covered by the courier service, additional charges may apply. Unfortunately, Finishing Touches does not deliver outside of South Africa.
HANDLING TIME
This is dependent on the item ordered – if a product needs to be specially ordered or powder coated, then it may take longer to be delivered. If the product ordered is in stock, your order will be dispatched on the next working day.
DELIVERY TIME & TRACKING
Online orders will be delivered through our courier partner, Courier IT in 5-7 working days from the date of order. Custom-made orders can take between 10-15 working days from date of order. Orders and shipments are handled from Monday – Friday.

While all reasonable care will be taken for prompt delivery, delays in delivery are not grounds for return or refund. Once the order is delivered and signed for by any person at the delivery address, the sale is considered as completed, even if it was not personally received by the person who ordered it.
