RETURN POLICY STATEMENT

If any defect in the products is discovered within a period of 7 days after delivery, this must be reported to us as soon as reasonably possible after the products have been delivered to you. Damaged or defective products must be returned to us within a period of 7 days after delivery.
If the products are not the same as what was ordered this must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
No refunds or returns apply where the products ordered have been custom made to your specifications or are clearly personalised.
Should you wish to return the products, you will be liable for the costs of returning the products, such as courier and/or shipping charges, unless the products are deemed damaged or defective. Should the product be returned, at the customer’s expense, with a reasonable reason for dissatisfaction, the value of the product will be refunded.
If you are returning products, you must package them carefully so they do not become damaged en-route. Please include the purchase confirmation order number with your return.
Product exchanges that have to be delivered will be delivered to the original delivery address within South Africa. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of the request for exchange.
Once the return is approved, you will be refunded via EFT directly into the same account as the original transaction. Please note, no cash refunds will be given. Payments will be done on Mondays and Thursdays only.
