Our warranty is simple and straightforward with just a few obvious conditions and exclusions:

• Accident
• Alteration
• Exposure to elements
• Misuse
• Failure to follow measurement, installation, cleaning or maintenance instructions
• Fitted in a non domestic environment
• Normal wear and tear

Product Exclusions

• Fabrics and dyes – normal fading

This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations liabilities or guarantees. In no event shall Finishing Touches be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damages of for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee. This warranty does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights under applicable laws in force. We hope you’ll agree that our guarantee is plain and simple.
