Installation Instructions – 64mm Pelmet Pole
To install this product, you will need the following tools:
Follow these steps to install your pelmet pole securely and level.
Tools Required
- Tape measure
- Marking pencil
- Ladder
- Drill
- Star point screwdriver
- 5.5Â mm masonry drill bit
- Hammer
1) Components
The 64 mm Pelmet Pole consists of the following components (Refer Figure 1): The Rear Track (2) and the Front Track (3) are clipped into the Wall Bracket (1). The Pole (5) is attached to the Front Track by means of the C Clip (4).

2) Removing the Track
To install the rod, the track must first be removed from the Pole. Lever the pole off the track with a screwdriver placed next to the C Clip. (Figure 2)

3) Determining the Height
Determine the desired height to install the track. The height (A) depends on the length of the curtain, plus 3–5 cm between the bottom of the curtain and the floor. (Figure 3)

4) Marking & Levelling
- From the middle of the window, measure the chosen height from the floor and mark it on the wall.
- Repeat 30 cm left and 30 cm right to create three marks.
- Join these marks with a pencil line—this is where the track will be installed.
- With an assistant, place the track on this line and mark the holes to be drilled. (Figure 4)

5) Drilling & Mounting
Using a drill and a 5.5 mm masonry drill bit, drill holes into the wall at the marked positions. Insert the provided wall plugs, then secure the track by turning the screws through the brackets into the wall plugs.
IMPORTANT: Once the track is installed, gently pull down on it to ensure it is secure.
6) Attaching the Pole
- Clip the pole back onto the front track.
- Fit the top of the clip over the track (Figure 5).
- Push down so that the bottom of the clip engages with the track (Figure 6).

7) Final Check
IMPORTANT:Â Pull gently on the pole to ensure that it is securely fitted to the track.
